The hotel is built in a green area of 13. 000 sq. with beautiful sea view. It is formed by five independent buildings, each of them with studios and different types of apartments. Rooms are all fully air-conditioned, offering private bathroom/shower, telephone, refrigerator, small electric cookers (in some of the rooms) as well as balconies or verandas. The apartments are ideal for families. Village Mare offers to its guests numerous facilities such as swimming pools for adults and children, pool bar, restaurant, mini market, TV room, childrens playground as well as the possibility of several leisure activities. During the winter of 2015 there were some renovations made for season 2016: change of the exterior facade of building 1 and 2 (wall dressing, staircases, etc) , complete renovation of the bathrooms in previously mentioned buildings, the placement of sliding screened doors (against insects) in all balconies throughout the hotel, complete renovation of the main and childrens swimming pool and the surrounding pool areas.
