Beach: Sandy and rocky beach, 10 meters away from the hotel.

The seabed is rocky when entering the sea, there are places where there are no rocks. Guests can buy aqua shoes.

Location: Zornitsa Sands Hotel complex is situated on the first line on the beach in Kozluka region, near the Elenite resort and 8 km. north of the Sunny Beach resort, at the foot of Stara Planina only 8 km from Emine Cape and 40 km from Burgas town.



Accommodation: The hotel has a total of 244 rooms - double rooms, suites and 14 junior suites. There are also double rooms with sea/pool view or partial sea view that are connected with a transitional door and can be used by larger families. The hotel building is serviced by 4 elevators. The last renovation of the hotel is in 2018.



DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 1 PARK: Approximate area of ​​20 sq. m. The rooms are renovated in 2016 and are equipped with two regular beds, central air conditioning, TV, sofa, free Wi-Fi, safe (free) , mini bar (extra charge) , bathroom with bathtub,   hairdryer and WC, terrace with park view. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.



DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 1 SIDE SEA: Approximate area of ​​20 sq. m. The rooms are 105 in total  and are equipped with two regular beds, central air conditioning, TV, sofa, free Wi-Fi, safe (free) , mini bar (extra charge) , bathroom with bathtub,  hairdryer and WC, terrace with partial sea view. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.



DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 2 SIDE SEA: Approximate area of ​​22 sq. m. The rooms are 22 in total and are equipped with two separate beds and two sofas, central air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini bar (extra charge) , safe (free) , bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC, terrace with partial sea view. In this type of room it is NOT possible to accommodate a baby because the main and extra beds occupy almost the whole room and there is no place for the baby cot. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.



DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 1 SEA: Approximate area of ​​20 sq. m. The rooms are 64 in total and are equipped with two regular beds, central air conditioning, TV, sofa, free Wi-Fi, mini bar (extra charge) safe (free) , bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, WC, terrace with sea and pool view. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.



DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 2 SEA: Approximate area of ​​22 sq. m. The rooms are 8 in total and are equipped with two single beds and two sofas, central air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini bar (extra charge) , safe (free) , bathroom with shower and toilet, a terrace with sea view. In this type of room it is NOT possible to accommodate a baby because the main and extra beds occupy almost the whole room and there is no place for the baby cot. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.



SUITE 2 + 2 SIDE SEA: Approximate area of ​​90 sq. m. They are 9 in total and are located in two separate rooms separated by a door: a bedroom and a living room, with a spacious terrace with partial sea views. There are also central air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini bar (extra charge) , safe (free) , two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, hairdryer. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.



SUITE 2 + 2 SEA: Approximate area of ​​60 sq. m. They are 4 in total and are located in two separate rooms separated by a door: a bedroom and a living room, with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. There are also central air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini bar (extra charge) , safe (free) , bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer and WC. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.



JUNIOR SUITE 2 + 1 SEA: Approximate area 80 sq. m. The Junior Suite has a direct sea and pool view and consists of a separate living room and bedroom with no dividing door between them, separated by a countertop or half-shell. There are also central air conditioning, safe (free) , mini bar (extra charge) , telephone, kettle, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, WC. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.



JUNIOR SUITE 2 + 1 DELUXE: Approximate area of ​​90 sq. m. It consists of a separate living room and a bedroom, without a separating door between them, separated by a countertop or half-shell. There are also central air conditioning, safe (free) , mini bar (extra charge) , telephone, kettle, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, WC, terrace with sea view and pool view. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.



Rooms are cleaned daily, but linen and towels are changed every 3 days.



Baby cot is provided free of charge.

The hotel offers a specialized room for disabled guests - upon prior request.

Pets are not allowed.



About the hotel: The complex has two modernly equipped and luxuriously furnished restaurants. Bulgarian and international dishes are served in the classical main restaurant. There is also a lobby bar, a night bar, a pool bar, an internet room, a 24-hour medical center, a conference hall with 65 seats, a flipchart, a multimedia and a microphone, a hairdresser's and a beauty salon, souvenirs, laundry, ironing, free parking.



SPA center: Fitness center, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, exotic relaxation room, professional cosmetics shop, various treatments and rituals.
